We want you and your little one to love your Pearly Penguin piece. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns & Exchanges

Growth spurts happen. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and have their tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, email us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
